Speaker Bio
Dr. Jenni Ross Majumdar, PhD, CRNA, is a nurse anesthetist and Nurse Scientist at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, a tenure-track Assistant Professor at the Hunter-Bellevue School of Nursing, CUNY, and Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Nurse Anesthesia Education. A Fellow of the New York Academy of Medicine and a 2025–2026 92NY Women in Power Fellow, she leads a funded research program on perioperative anxiety and recovery in cancer surgery, nurse anesthesia education, and the U.S. anesthesia workforce. She writes Art of Anesthesia, a Substack explaining what really happens in the operating room.
